Things like cut fruits and vegetables, hummus and pita, hardboiled eggs, and pasta salad are all great options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain the importance \u2013 establish a good routine with your kiddos and explain why brushing and flossing is so important and what happens if they don\u2019t visit the family dentistry regularly.
